Booking Terms & Conditions for all courses
Contact our staff today to book your Arrow Rider Training course
- All courses are booked on a first come first served basis
- A deposit must be paid to secure a booking
- Deposits are non-refundable unless fourteen days notice is given
- All training is undertaken at the customers own risk
- Arrow Rider Training accepts no liability for any injury damage or loss of any kind
- You must have valid motorcycle or moped entitlement on your driving Licence which must be brought along with you
- Hire bikes are available for all courses
- The use of helmets, gloves and jackets can be provided free of charge.
- Your own machine, if used for training, must be roadworthy, taxed, insured, L-plated front and rear, MOT’d if old enough with enough petrol and oil for the duration of your training
- Theory test tuition is provided free of charge
- Warm indoor classroom for all theory sessions
- Gift vouchers are available for all levels of training
- Discounts available for training in the winter months
- You must follow the instructions given by your instructor
- A charge will be made for any damages to vehicles or property that are caused as a direct result of failure to comply with instructions or reckless behaviour
- We reserve the right to cancel your booking at short notice
- If we cancel your booking, we will tell you as soon as possible and do our very best to offer an alternative date
